at 03z...or 8 PM PDT...a 1022 mb surface high was centered around
1000 nm WNW of Point Conception...while a 1003 mb thermal low was
centered over the lower Colorado River valley. Moderate to strong
northwest flow will continue across the outer waters through late
tonight...then weaken. Across the inner waters...weak west flow
will develop each afternoon and evening through Monday..otherwise
flow will remain light and variable.
