* Until late Wednesday night... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8:30 am Sunday the stage was 71.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 68 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 72.1 feet by
early Monday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
early Wednesday afternoon.

the Flood Warning continues for
the Black Warrior river at Selden lock and dam.
* Until Thursday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 8 am Sunday the stage was 98.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 90 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 98.4 feet by this
evening. The river will fall below flood stage early Thursday
morning.
* Impact... at 98 feet... some Cabins and trailers along the river
begin to flood at stages of 98 feet and greater
