I have a question for all of you...

How far do you drive on the Thanksgiving weekend?
I am considering driving this year and I am wondering how far you all go to visit relatives. I need some inspiration.

Yes, I know I should have falling leaves here for November...but a cousin of mine sent me some pics from the 4th of July this morning and I was thinking about OGal and her Halloween picnic. It all made me miss the long days of summer. So, when I look outdoors and see the bare branches and the gray clouds I will think of all of you with your summer flowers blooming and your green grass. At least I will have cheerful blooms on my blog!

I have missed you all, but life has sped up and taken my spare time away. I sometimes long for those lazy days of summer. 	Home Again

I'm back home after a long weekend in Montreal celebrating my daughter's quarter century birthday. Great weather, great food, family and conversation. Fall greeted me soon after I returned. 	September is Back to School time

The summer isn't over yet, but it is back to school time today for me. With overnight lows in the 40's here it is hard to ignore the fact that fall is coming.The kids will be dressed up in their new shoes and backpacks today.
